Wonderful place to stay. Staff was friendly, helpful. Great breakfast. Short walk to the beach or through old town. We rode the bus to the train station in Sportuno. Don't try to follow Google from Sportuno to Noli, take the bus. Some very nice people gave us a ride after we pulled our roller bags up some very steep hills. Nice hike (strenuous, take plenty of water) through the hills to another town (Verigana?) where we rode the bus back to Noli.
We enjoyed a lot our stay in this hotel. The room was made in the style of shabby chic and we found it very clean. Also we were lucky to have the balcony attached. The only minus is maybe the small bathroom and the absence of conditioning.
The breakfast was realized in very nice manner. There was buffet but the staff politely was serving all the food you want directly to your table. Also the space for making breakfast is just marvelous.
The position of the hotel is just twenty steps to the sea. The only thing that there is no private parking, so we had to spend time to find it and the closest available was quite far away. So it depends on your luckiness.

a very warm welcoming and charming "albergo" with very friendly staff. We felt like at home and enjoyed the variety of the lovely breakfast with homemade bakery every morning (only missing some seasonal fruit). We definitely recommend this place and will return for sure.
